How We Met
We crossed paths in the most unexpected way (shoutout Hinge), at the most unexpected time - in the middle of yet another lockdown. We initially connected over our mutual love of reading, and soon found more that drew us closer together - our shared Nigerian heritage, our dedication to finding the best cuisine in the city, and our willingness to take long walks even in the dead of winter (ok, maybe that's just me - Femi).
As our relationship grew and we spent more time together, I realized Steph and I shared so much, but also balanced each other in ways I didn’t expect. Life with her just felt better. I knew I wanted to ask her to be my wife and make forever official. It is the privilege of a lifetime.
